Are there any bolt on units like this to make trikes?

I've seen these type of sub units for cars.

This one is for large motorbikes and I don't think you can buy it separately.

I however have a basic old bike I want to turn into a trike with a bolt on solution. I was thinking of something like the above or replacing the engine with a large battery and having electric car hub wheels on the rear unit. Does anyone have any better ideas?

What kind of bike? That second one looks like it is setup to work with a belt driven bike like a Harley.

The first one looks like a hot rod rear end.

There are bolt on trike kits, but I've only seen them for Harley's. If you're thinking of buying one, note that the handling is abominable.

The other kind of trikes, with two wheels in the front, generally have amazing handling. I'd much prefer one of those.
