Are there any bills that can be written for nursing homes?

How about some sort of bill that would provide a standard screening protocol for prospective nursing home employees? There seems to be a fair amount of abuse of the elderly in the system, and it might make sense if the gov't provided a method by which to screen all prospective employees, much like they do for airport security people.

That's good, but you still need to be able to outline a plan of action on how those changes can be brought about.
