Are there any actual screenshots of PSP software?

There are no "real" images; Sony won't be showing off actual "live" units with games until a later Tokyo tradeshow. Everything right now are mock-ups, or videos just shown on projectors.

Actually, to get more technical, anything and everything you see as far as movies and screenshots goes was made using PC emulation. They have mocked up what they think the power to be of the PSP, then emulate using PC hardware.

Typically, what screenshots you will see won't be too far from the truth, but don't be surprised to see lesser detail or the like when the actual game caps are released.

Er, it was playable at E3...

With two rolling interactive demos and a PSP gameplay demo, Sony unveiled the PSP the way we've been waiting for. Not much gameplay was there to be seen at the PSP arena, set off to the front corner of the show, but what was there was actual in-game material

Edit: I didn't mean demos running on some other hardware, but the PSPs that were actually there (unless, as the article states, they were connected to a video feed coming from another room).

Video feed coming from another room. There were 0 games shown running on an actual PSP that anyone could see/play with.
