Are there any 30" 120Hz monitors announced?

I've seen LCD TV's with this kind of refresh rates, why not big screen LCD monitors? I would sure like to game at 2560x1600 @ 120Hz with Vsync ON.
I game on my Dell 3008WFP with 3D Vision Discover (cheap Red/Cyan glasses) as we speak and it's gorgeous (despite some ghosting here and there). I reccommend it, great experience.
A 120Hz monitor would allow me to upgrade to 3D Vision Discover and play with shutter glasses @ greatly improved quality.

So, when will we see 30" 120Hz 2560x1600 LCD monitors?

No you haven?t; what you?ve seen is 60 Hz devices performing interpolation/black frame insertion on a 60 Hz input. But they can?t accept nor output a discrete 120 frames like a device that works with nVidia?s 3D glasses.

Not for a while given 120 Hz @ 2560x1600 exceeds the bandwidth of dual-link DVI, so we?ll need a new interface first.

BFG, that's sad to hear. I never thought it was a limitation with the DVI interface. I thought the LCD manufacturers went cheap and refused to integrate the parts needed for 120Hz capability.
So, I would need one of those 3D ready DLP TV's to get true 120Hz for now. That's sad as well as I already bought a Sony 55" LED backlit LCD TV and my wallet will not allow me to buy another TV set... sadest part is that I can't even get the 55 incher to work with the 3D Vision Discover.
