I have a pep66 I believe fan on my tbird and its way too damn loud. with my door room shut people can still hear it down the hall. great for cooling and I think that is a must but its almost intolerable now that I have had it on for a while.
my case is a sx830 or something from onvia. the side of the case just pops off so I think its part of the construction hopefully.
I can tolerate the regular fan size noise which I have 4 running in the case along with the ps fan. but the cpu fan is this high pitch noise like I have never heard(they said it would be loud but damn)
Im just wondering if their are any specific brand cases anybody has used to muffle fan noises, maybe that has good construction and/or some kind of mod they used to line the case.
Damn im ready to get any damn case. All I really need is a full tower with 3 full bays and no power supply or fans, just the cage. uggghhh
