http://tekgems.com/reviews/yate-loon-120-12-25mm-roundup.htm

I own the 1350rpm Yate Loons, and find that they have a very good air flow versus noise ratio. They are audible at the stock 1350-1400rpm (air flow noise), but 7V them does make them nigh inaudible.

I have used Nexus (lower speed Yate Loons), Panaflo, Arctic Cooling, ADDA, Coolermaster, and the Yate Loon 120mm fans--and I can say the Yate Loons are my personal favorites above all the rest.

Silent PC Review also has some fan test info as well: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article63-page2.html

I've replaced all my fans 120mm/80mm with Yate Loons. Best thing I ever did. The 120mm are absolutely noiseless. The 80mm can be set at medium speed to become quiet too with speed controller. I got the 120mm for $8 each, 80mm for $5 each delivered to Hawaii. You can get them cheaper with lowered shipping.
