Hey, each to their own - but my experiences with them have been otherwise. I find the sub on the Klipsch 4.1 to be muddled and overbearing, especially when pushed, and the mids and highs are too shrill for my liking. The same goes for the Logitecs. The 5.1's are much more balanced, in my opinion, but the highs and mids are still a bit too abrasive for my liking - still, the problem with the sub being completely overwhelming was corrected with the 5.1's, as well as the transition from lows to the mids.
Incidentally, I think the logitecs are a much better value than the klipsch (very similar performance, accoustically) given that they're literally half the price.
Neither speaker is like listening to a record player with a rusty nail for a pickup, but they're just so overbearing and unbalanced that I can't honestly consider either one for clean musical reproduction. For the average person they're probably all right (hell, they're probably killer given the twenty dollar crap speakers most people hook their computer up to), but I'm just anal about my sound. I'll take Monsoon's or BA (or, preferably, Crossfires - but they'll set you back $450) any day of the week before I took klipsch (4.1) or logitecs.
