Are the salaries of publically traded companies....public?

CEO's usually have theirs published because it gets voted on. But I don't think anyone elses is public knowledge.

Only employees that I know of that have a publicly availble salary are (some)state and municipal positions.

My wife used to work for the University of Iowa Hospital and every year the local paper actually published everyone's salary there down to the dollar. Mad Dad is a mason for a city park district and anyone can go right to the business off and ask how much he makes.

They normally list all compensation as well in addition to just salary.

Yes of course, stock options, loans and whatnot.

SEC 10 K forms? But they to have a pretty senior role to be on this form. *Note I'm not sure if it's the 10. It is a SEC form though.
