I know the p700/100 and p600/100 are not locked, but are the p600/133's locked like the p733/133's are?

What are you talking about buddy...all PIII FCPGA CPU's are multiplier locked.

Every released PIII of any type and any clockspeed is multiplier locked, including the PIII 600E and 700E.
