Are the P3 700E's from Costa Rica good for overclocking?

Hi,

I am planning to buy a P3 700E to use with a i815E motherboard.
I would just like to know if the P3's from Costa Rica the S-code, SL3xx
are any good?

On www.overclockers.com it seems that the ones made in Malaysia, with the
S-code SL45Y, overclock better than the ones made in Costa Rica? Also
it seems that you have to use a higher voltage with the Costa Rica P3's?

I did try a P3 made in the Philippines (SL45Y) and it could do only
866Mhz @ 1.9V.

Should I rather get a P3 650 for a sure overclock or try my luck with a
P3 700?

Thx for your replies!
