Yes, that's all you have to do, what FoBoT said above. Unused stamps never go "bad", and can be used any time......just make sure you put sufficient postage on the envelope, by using multiple stamps. My mom collected unused stamps for years, and when she decided she didn't want to do it anymore, made inquiries as to what they might be worth. Most places that buy that sort of thing would only give her 10% over face value, even though collector's books said they were worth more.......so for about a year, whenever Mom sent something in the mail, folks got some seriously old used stamps for their collection!
