All motherboards will support the ATX standard, BX or non BX. All cases nowadays are in the ATX standard and so therefore yes you can place new motherboards inside a case if the motherboard is fitted with a power supply connector compatable with the power supply standard and if the holes match up to the form factor of the case.

One word, yes.

There are many form factors of motherboards. More common ones are ATX. I'm sure that most Via133 and BX's are ATX so you don't have to wory about anything.

Via133 and BX are chipsets, not form factors for cases. Most popular form factor right now is ATX, which uses hard wired ports and ps2 keyboard, among other things. AT is an olde form where ports were plugged into the board and the keyboard was the BIG plug (AT).

Most everything now days is ATX due to better support soft power etc.
