Are the new nVidia reference drivers compatible with the GeForce 4 440 Go?

I'm wondering if it's ok to use the nVidia reference drivers with my GeForce 4 440 Go. The nVidia website lists that the GeForce 2 Go is incompatible with the latest drivers, but it doesn't not say anything about the GeForce 4 Go. Thanks.
 
NOTE: GeForce2 Go and GeForce4 Go mobile processors are not supported in this driver. Please contact the notebook's manufacturer for graphics drivers for your notebook PC.
