Are the monthly MS Security ISO's cumulative?

Wishful thinking on my part, right? Would make too much sense, right?

That would make them huge. They are usually a few MB tied to a KB issue. Yesterday's were mostly for Office products. The Malicious Software Removal tool is a monthly update, and I believe it is cumulative - sort of like an AV data update.

Yesterday, there were 13 of them for a current Windows 7 system.

Yep, that's wishful thinking. The security ISOs are just the updates for that month, since they're a collection of that update in every language (and bitness) for every version of Windows, which adds up to a lot of space.
