Maybe I need to hang out in this forum more but it seems it is dominated by the left.

Some of us are, but I'd say many of the more frequent posters are quite far from the left.

I wouldn't say they are Liberal, they are just not supporters of the Dub. My problem with him is his affilation with the Neocons and the Ridicu..err Religious Right. I don't have a problem with his tax cuts, his foriegn policy prior to Iraq and some of his domestic policies. WHat really pissed me off about him was how he misrepresented the Intel given to him to convincethe American Public to support his excellent adventure in Iraq. However I'm not alone, most of the Democratic Contenders were fooled too. It's acceptable for me and those other common Americans who are not in the loop to be fooled but it is unexcusable for those like Kerry, Clark and the rest to be fooled. To me it seemed like they were just following the Polls and were afraid to take an unpopular stance. However, they weren't the ones who made the misleading comments to fool the American Public to support the mistake in Iraq.

I'd say a plurality are from the left, with a dash of fringe lunatics from both sides, and a few moderates mixed in. Here's my guess at %

45% Lefties
25% Righties
17% Moderates
5% Commies
5% fascists
1% Tinfoilies - Left
1% Tinfoilier - Right
1% Moonbeam

Okay so the WMD info was not totally correct but do you really think Bush deliberately lied to the American people ala Bill Clinton? I think anyone in his position, Democrat or Republican, would have made the same error under the same circumstances.

I would say almost balanced, possibly with a slight lean to the left, however as in life the liberal lefties who post here are far more vocal and extremist than many of the conservatives.

I seriously doubt they would have presented it as unrefutable facts in an effort to play off of the Patriotism that swept the nation after 9/11 to launch a Preemptive war. I really doubt that John McCain would have if he was President. But then McCain wouldn't have loaded his Cabinet with Neocons whose main goal has always been to attack and overthrow Hussien even before 9/11

Eh, you don't see much evidence of true libbies. You see some libbie leanings. Most of the right has libbie leanings toward taxes and small govt. Most of the left has libbie leanings towards social stuff. Rarely do they pull together on both :)

+/- 5% error rate, except on Moonbeam. Actually, his numerical value would be i

Being anti-Bush doesn't make you liberal at all.

Just someone with common sense who probably lives and works in the real world.

Actually it does. You and others only see the portions of things. I comment on those things which I have made decisions about and you'll see me defend them vigorously. That doesn't make one "extreme". Everyone has their own set of ideals and priciples they live by and I will not apologize for defending them. They are infact quite moderate.:)

Hehe, I remember when I first started posting here. It was like walking into a primate lab. One post from me and ten thousand monkeys would hit their cage doors screaming. Fortunatley for me I'd had prior experience with primate labs and wasn't taken aback by the blast. ;) Conservatives are the quazziest monkeys.
