Are the Citibank and affiliate sites down?

Yeah, I want to pay my bill online, but I can't access any of the sites. Only the international sites are working for me.
 
Could be routine maintenance. I guess Citicorp figures that the least busy time for people to be paying their credit card bills is on a Sunday morning. Really wish they would do these things in the early AM hours though.

EDIT: The two sites are up again.
