Are the 2405WFP USB ports powered?

yeah they are powered. and turning off the monitor removes the power, effectively turning the hub off.
 
oh crap, there we go. Thanks. I'm hoping that by pluggin' in my wireless USB adapter to the USBs there instead of my comp. I might stop getting these random freezings...fingers crossed.

I think that damn USB adapter just really sucks the power.
