Are the 1GHz and 933MHz P3's that different?

I am trying to build a dual machine. I wanted to go for the P3 1GHz, but the prices are just too high. I know you can overclock your way up to a 1GHz, but I don't want this machine to be overclocked...just stable. I can save about $200 per cpu ($400) when I drop down to a 933MHz chip, but I wanted to know if the 1GHz is worth the extra cash or if I should be fine going with the next chip down. Thanks for your help.

If you go with the 1ghz you'll have 67mhz difference, and that isn't enough for anyone to notice. If you would save $400 for the two cpu's then go for the 933. With the money you save you can get more ram or more gig's or both. And with dual 1ghz cpu with 128megs of ram would be slower then dual 933mhz with 256megs of ram, and with the money you save well you can get a gig of ram hehe!
