I could draw 4 connected circles on my arm and when questioned about why I had the Audi symbol on an appendage I could claim that it was simply 4 connected circles and nothing else, but everyone would think I was a moron and I'd still have the Audi symbol on my arm.

People just automatically associate it that way. They see those shapes and their brain process them and comes up with a match: triforce.
