i think it's really hard to do unless you're famous (calista flockhart, rosie o'donnell, etc.) they prefer two-parent households.

Yes, it's possible. My bio-chem teacher from my freshmen year has an adopted child , and she's single.

Unfortunately, single parent adoption has become all the rage these days. We have allowed trendiness to infest even an area as important as adoption and the family unit.

So you'd rather have them raised in orphanages or something? Or aborted? Most people have at least one parent who's an asshole anyway, I would've been better off with one parent.

My single female cousin in CA adopted a child. I've always wondered, though, if it would be more difficult for a single man to adopt.
