I saw a little piece on the news the other night - a doctor explaining that you should stay away from high-fructose corn syrup (20% of the average American dietary caloric intake), flour and some other things and that you should try to eat basic things like nuts, fish, vegetables, fruit, the real deal. I've lately been eating a lot more seeds (pumpkin, and sunflower, mostly) than nuts. Are nuts a lot better for you than seeds?
