are people just really assholes?

so the last couple of times it's rained i have to take the bus home from work
when i get off the bus, there are usually a couple cars following.
now i know these cars aren't oblivious and don't see me get off the bus
looking to cross the road, are they conciously assholes who don't let me get
across teh street?
i mean, they're in their cars nice and warm and dry
why aren't they considerate and let me go get home and be like them?

Don't take it personally, as I am a egotistical dick head. If you were a cute girl, things might change for you.

i let ppl cross at crosswalks, don't want to dent my ride. Plus its dangerous crossing if not at a crosswalk with stoplights especially in the RAIN!

true

Because that would mean I would have to move my foot 4 inches to the left from the gass pedal and thats to much work.

Yeah, most of them.
You're just finally figuring that out? Wow... is "take the bus home from work" a euphemism for "I ride the short bus from the sheltered workshop?"

😛 See, assholes are everywhere! Even in this thread! 😛 🙂

Where do you live? Where I live, the pedestrian ALWAYS has the right-of-way, even if not at a crosswalk, except when crossing against the lights.

I hate people that crosses the street in the middle of the road. If you were at a cross walk then yes, but in the middle of the street with cars coming, that is just ignorant. Jaywalking anyone?:|

I know what your talking about. Even on a hot or sunny day, I let people walk in front of the car at stops or yields. And my girlfriend always starts b*tching. I tell her "Were in this car, comfortable.....were not in the rain or hot heat, let them go."
