Are people having trouble hitting 2.67GHz with P4 2.0A?

I am considering buying P4T533-C with 1066 RDRAM 4200 and use those with a P42.0A OCed to 2.67.

The way most people post here it would seem 60-80% people are hitting 133 QDR FSB with 100 FSB processors atleast.

Any thoughts?
