Are pens the most rare and valuable commodity in your office?

pens are pretty plentiful around here.

pencil lead, on the other hand... can't seem to keep any 0.7mm lead in stock.

lol. pretty sad topic man. ahhaha

The other day I was unable to locate a floppy disk at one of our sites.

But I agree with laurenlex... Raises are more scarce than pens here. 🙂

Everything is scarce around here at least for me...I don't know where the supplies are kept except for paper.

the pens are locked up in the office manager's desk and we can only get a pen or a sharpie by request. highlighers are free for the taking.

Actual functioning brains are in very short supply where I work. I will trade as many pens as you want for someone who can make an intelligent decision.

All is plentiful where I work, yay. The guy with the office across from me actually has the job title of Mad Scientist - he just orders some new tech toy every day to play with and use as a basis of brainstorming new business ideas.

Pen's aren't rare around here, working ones are though. I think we must only have 1 working one and I can never keep it for more then 10mins before it gets stollen...

i got used to making sure no one takes my pens after working at a grocery store deli for 4 years before/during college.
(as if im out of college...im not yet, but i still learned)

Sharpies and mechanical pencils are a rarity. Which is odd, as all our new PCs only have CD Burners and not floppies, as we're a shop full of engineers.

But paperclips! My God at the paperclips we have!
