Are P4 A Cpus Better For Overclocking Than P4 B Cpus?

I'm deciding between a Pentium 4 A and B processor.
Would not all Pentium 4 A cpus at 400mhz be better for overclocking than P4 B 533mhz cpus since the P4 A 400mhz processors have more room to overclock since they would be capable of reaching close to 533mhz and the P4 B 533mhz cpus are already near their maximum?

Yes they have more room, but the P4 2.26 still overclocks very nicely up to the 2.8ghz to 3.1ghz range. But yeah the 400mhz chips can bump up a lot more overall especially the new batch 1.8a's with the optical die shrink...some are reporting around 2.8ghz overclocks with the latest batches.
