Are out of phase speakers bad for hearing ?

My step brother, in his infinite wisdom, rushed to put the factory speakers in his car before gave it up and it seems as if they are instaleld incorrectly as they are definitely out of phase...

fast foward a bit...

Honestly, I am having problems hearing out of my right ear.,..it feels as if there is a mothball or something stuck in there but it is clean and empty.

Basically, could this be attibuted to the speakers? I don;t turn up the music that high btw.

Get your ears blasted by the doctor. Probably wax wedged up there (far beyond the death grabs of q-tips...)
