Are Oryx mountain bikes any good?

Here is their website. I was looking at some of the local mountain bike shops, and found oryx bikes, they don't look too bad to me, I was thinking either the desert dueler 99, or maybe 66 upgraded to 99, or the spitfire 99, (probably a 66 with 99 parts cause I like the color better). Has anyone had any experience with these bikes? Their hardtail bikes have a lifetime warranty and are made out of chromoly, their full suspension bikes are made out of aluminum.

None of the above. The Marzocchi Dirt Jump series is a good fork for dirt jumping and urban but it's sucks for freeriding and XC.

Oh I wasn't gonna keep the dirt jumper, probably gonna stick a junior t on there. I am not asking about the shocks though, I am asking about the bikes and frames and whatnot, are they good?

They look like pretty decent bikes. The frame designs are pretty much standard. It is just gonna depend on what you put on it.

A bike's a bike.. do they use Shimano components? bike companies are only known for their frames. make sure you get the components you want, and otherwise, if you can find one for a good deal that looks and rides the way you want it to.. don't hesitate to pick it up. I've always had different brands.. brand doesn't matter to me.

things to look for:

Frame material
Looks
Componentry
Geometry (only thing that can possibly be company specific)
