I am build a dual Opteron rig and they CPU's are so spendy. Any chance they are multiplier unlocked ?

It's capped to it's default like the A64. Which 2 series are you gettin, and what are you going to do with that beast Mark? Replacing the current system or in addition to it?

I need my SCSI array to breathe a little. I think I am getting dual 246's (not any faster than what I have, but 2) I am having a problem finding a case, and nobody in the cases forum is answering. I need a BIG case for dual opterons (12x13 motherboard) and 4 hard drives, and 2 optical drives and a floppy minimum. While I am at it, it would be nice to get my 5 scsi drives in there too!

lol get two fx-53 940's and throw them in there. There are simply 150's really. of course most dual boards don't give you lots of voltage and overclock action but oh well

Find a duallie motherboard maker with some bios tweak giddeness too

PC POWER and Cooling used to make a beautiful chrome tower that would fit that easy in.

But there's always supermicro and the like and newegg stocks.
