Are old threads randomly deleted here?

I think after 90 days of inactivety, they are archived. The old url won't work to access them, and no more posts may be made.

so in theory you can make make sure threads never die, by bumping them...interesting.

Also, a thread doesn't always become archived after 90 days of inactivity. It's quite odd.

Hmmm... I don't see the mods letting that kind of thing go on for too long witout a vacation...
 
edit the address on the link, add '&arctab=y' without the single quotes onto the end of it, you'll be able to read the old posts but not bump/respond to them.
