Are Nvidia detonators the same for all manufacturers?

Does different manufacturer use the same drivers for their card with the same Nvidia chip. eg. Would an ASUS Gforce 2 MX400 use the same driver as a Microstar Gforce 2 MX400?

Most mfg's will add their own proprietary tweaks to the reference drivers.

Yes. Go to nvidia.com and DL the latest driver for your Operating System. Be sure to set your videocard to "Standard VGA/680 x 400" before installing the new drivers. Saves you headache down the road.
