I'm looking to buy a couple NMB fans that are rated at 22dba/25cfm. Thats as good as the panaflos, but is the quality of the fans good?

They are the largest fan manufacturer producing 50 million units annually. Their factory in Shanghi is a mile long and fully automated. Raw stock goes in one end, finished product out the other. Fully contained water is recycled and the air is a clean room enviorment.

They are a Zero tolerance manufacturer for OEM's and have less than 4 rejects per Million.

Anything else you want to know? :D :D :D :D

Panaflow's with the hydrowave bearing are high quality and used in workstations and servers, generally more expensive the bearings have a MTBF of 120,000 hours. At higher rpms the bearings reduce overall fan noise 2-3 dBA.

They have a nice low noise series, FBL I think is the model prefix and they can be bought through Digi-key

NMB's are I think rated for 70,000 hours - both are quality fans better than the SUNONs and YSTECH and Delta in terms of overall Quality can not go wrong with either
