Are nail scissors and nail clippers disallowed on international flights?

i know people have had them confiscated, although this list seems to imply that they will be OK, allowing nail clippers and nail files. if it's that important you might want to print this list out.

Printing it out won't stop a TSA agent from enforcing LOCAL alerts or restrictions. It WILL however, get you flagged for the rest of your trip and if you believe it is a RANDOM thing, you are sorely mistaken.
