Are my voltages way low?

I'm guessing that the software is messed up, because having the negative voltages at 0 might mess things up to where your machine wouldn't be running. Are you having any strange problems / errors?

My motherboard reports rails that all dip down near uncomfortable levels, especially 3.3, even with different PSU's, but a DMM proves otherwise. For example, mobo says 3.3 fluctuates between 3.05 and 3.24. DMM says 3.32 solid.

Moral: if you're really worried, get a DMM if you don't have one already and check this out.

AFAIK the negative rails aren't really used any more so they are not important. Many PSU's don't even have them these days (might've been removed from the ATX spec).

if your +5V was actually 3.15V I'm pretty sure your computer wouldn't work at all.

one of two things-
you have to pick correct monitoring chip from flyout menu for your mobo
(voltages/voltage config) and you have to lower interval check to lower number from default 10 - to like 2 sec or you will have to wait for change to occur AFTER YOU CLICK ON APPLY.

Edit:
Or, mobo mon stopped updating in Jun '04 and your mobo chip is too new and not supported
