+3.3 is 3.18
+5 is 4.87
+12 is 12.35 (jumps to 12.41 frequently.)

what are the tolarences for the rails? .12 or .13 i read somewhere.
 
i would say 5%. but you want to stay below that. you cant really tell without a multimeter or something.
