Just wanted to check with some of the experts on this board about my temps on my computer. I'm running a 1.33 ghz Athlon @ 1466 mhz (11.0 x 133, can't oc my fsb very well, psu maybe?) on an Epox 8K7A board w/ 256 megs of Crucial pc2100 cas 2.5 with a 300 watt Antec PSU. I've got a taisol CGK760092 w/ the quiet fan although I've also got one of the 38 cfm delta's layin around if i want to listen to some whining. Anyways, My temps are 50-51C idle and max out at 57C (SETI and DIVX encoding at the same time). My case temp is always low, I'm just wandering if the temps are accurate on my board, and is this about where they should be. I've got 1 80 mm intake, 1 80 mm exhaust, 1 cyclone blower (for my very oc'd radeon), and 1 hd cooler. All the fans are Antec along with my case as well. Thanks for any help guys. One last question. About how fast should I be able to get this thing up to? Here's the code:

A1333AMS3C
AYHJA 0119GPAW
94083940554

Thanks again!

Edit: Forgot to mention that I'm not using the thermal pad that came w/ the hsf. I scraped/sanded it off with fine grit and used paste.

Are your temps to high? In a word, no. In a sentance, they ARE towards the high side but they are not dangerous/critical. You want to watch if they start creeping into the 60Cs though.

A chip of your type, which is a "9" code, by all accounts has the potential to hit somewhere between 1500 and 1550Mhz.

Cheers!

They arent too high, however you are getting into the high range, especially considering your not really overclocked that much, you don't want to get much over 60-65 w/ load if you can help it. And as far as your fsb, it has nothing to do with the power supply, one of your pci components most likely cant handle the higher pci bus speed.
