i have:
AMD 64 X2 3800+ manchester core (939)
2gig of pc3200 ram, 2 munshikin, 2 ocz, all 512 for dual channel
GA-k8N-Sli mobo
geforce 7800GT

so this is my picture from CPU-Z for my ram settings:

and this is my screenshot of bios:

Am i supposed to have 200mhz for my DRAM frequency in cpu-z? but in bios it sez my DDR speed is 200...i feel like my ram is underclocked in some way, and its making me get really weird fps drops/freezes in cs 1.6, which should run perfectly given my specs. if anyone can help me out that would be great! thanks in advance!

200MHz x 2 DDR = 400MHz RAM speed.

EDIT: Change CPU/DDR clock ratio in BIOS to 1 / 1.

Hope this helps.

Yes change the CPU/DDR clock ratio to 1/1, you are underclocking you ram frequency by half.
