which demo did u run?

the fps seem kind of low, still playable, but ive seen computers with your same specs break a 100 full graphics.

Very good. Anything over 60 is amazingly smooth. 60 is what the Dreamcast runs at for games like Tony Hawk and that is really smooth.

Is that a Geforce 1 DDR card you have there? Or is it SDR?

Actually, in a timedemo I've gotten as high as 80 FPS in Q3A in 32 bit color and there's still skips and stuff in certain maps. I notice a difference with anything under 70 FPS. 60 can still be smooth, but once you play higher than 70, you notice the difference with less than that.
