are my memory settings correct?

my memory settings are sdram active precharge delay 8
ras to cas delay 4
precharge delay 4
cas 2.5t

are these correct or do they have to be cahnged in order to work better?

You probably could do lower timings, might have to up the vDimm .

It won't make a huge difference though.
