are memory prices going up, down or stabilizing?

I should have maxed out all my computers and laptops since I run many virtual machines so I'm wondering if I should get my 64gb or 96gb of ram now or wait.
 
In the UK they've been going up consistently, I think this is because no normal user needs more than 4-8GB and haven't done for a while. I remember the memory companies complaining because Windows 8 Didn't demand more ram than previous version (thank goodness, for me it's all about streamlining)
