I find, to my almost hysterical amusement, that conservatives are really offended by the truths I point out to them, truths, of course, completely invisible to them with good reason. Telling a skunk he stinks is beyond the capacity of any mortal. But even now, perhaps I'm being unfair. Perhaps we have no business telling skunks they stink. The skunks tell me they have feelings and I am mean and hateful to them. I thought, them, perhaps we should look at this issue, my fellow liberals and I. Are we just being mean?
Let's look at some of those slippery things we liberals see as facts, the things we say that make us so very vicious:
Conservatives want to destroy the social safety net while granting the rich more tax breaks. They want to push grandma off a cliff while the rich get richer. Fucking sociopath assholes if you don't buy the fantastical notion that this will make us better as a people. Every monster has the delusion that he is really good, and it's always hateful to them when you tell them this.
They want women back in the dark ages, are even against birth control, something even conservative women and catholic women almost all use. Again only monsters would think this a good thing. And it is happening all over the country where Republicans have gotten majorities in state houses. But if you tell these fucking bastards their policies will kill women, they get all upset. It's beating up on the mentally ill.
And you have to love people who reject science to the point they would let life on earth go extinct. Science, they say, should be replaced by religion, the diseased one call Christian fundamentalism, a religion only morons could buy into. We can't show any contempt for people who would vote for all of our deaths. It would hurt their feelings.
So surprise these backward assholes and retrograde fools get very upset when presented with facts they can't see because they have a brain defect through no fault of their own and can do nothing but complain about how the truth hurts their feelings and how mean vicious and spiteful you are for telling them to wake the fuck up. Hehehehe, I just can't tell you how sorry I am to bring this news.
If you show a monster a mirror he's not going to like what he sees. But because he can't should he be given special dispensation. What is the proper way to act toward monsters who fuck everything decent and complain if you don't extend them the courtesy they totally lack themselves, demanding it even while they fuck the world in the ass.
Unless these monsters are forced to see how they treat the world as if it was worthless scum, why should they be accorded a different treatment?
