Ok, would you please explain why you feel they're the best mp3 player on the market? Last I checked they were the most expensive, were among the last-place finishers in sound quality, had the lowest battery life, had the fewest features, didn't support ogg, wma, or flac, give people trouble managing music they OWN because of copyright concerns, force you to use iTunes, and the mini's have a known problem with crackling sound due to cheap construction... The only things they have going for them are size (but that's due to not having much of a battery, which is why they have terrible battery life) and UI. You might say looks, but IMO they look like a baby's toy, all garish lights and white plastic. In closing, I think you liking iPods fits right in with your grammatically brilliant and perfectly spelled post, along with its entirely logical poll

:roll: While he loses points for not backing it up with evidence, you lose more for namecalling. Take a look at my post & ask yourself what kind of person buys an iPod? Someone who does their homework on a product, or someone looking to get something ASAP and going for what everyone else has and "wut lukz kewl"?
Or maybe an Apple customer. Or maybe someone that doesn't expect more than hearing mp3s at a reasonable quality and storing a few files out of the device. His comment was pure bunk.
That's my observation/impression over the years. Don't agree me? fine. But why do you get offended? I was just saying females and gays tend to dig Apple products due to Apple's trendy design. What's wrong with that?

You and other mac users have a good point in that other DAPs likely won't work with your rigs. However, there's probably a 10:1 or 15:1 iPod to mac ratio out there. That's a lot of iPod owners who can't say other DAPs wouldn't work with their computer.Fucktard? Heh. My entire point of "why not an iPod?" comes down to what people like. And for $69, why not pick up a 20GB iPod?
