The currently shipping SouthBridge, ICH2, does not have support for USB 2.0.

Some boards like the ASUS P4B266 include an onboard NEC USB2.0 controller.

MSI, Soyo, Gigabyte, etc.... P4 845d chipsets boards have USB 2.0 also. Also the majority of the Sis 645 P4 chipsets boards have USB 2.0 support also.

Don't listen to Andy, he is secreatly an Asus salesman, j.k. ;)
