Are Intel 335s/520s in short supply?

Perhaps they're just in short supply in the UK. I seem to get the choice of about 1 model of Intel 335 and 1 or 2 Intel 520s.

I've been using Crucial M4s for computer builds after the Samsung 830 stopped being sold. Since the newer M500 was a bit mediocre in the tests (at least, inconsistent performance), I've been trying to find something that is worth replacing the M4 with. I would probably go with the Samsung 840 PRO if the M4 wasn't available any more, it's just that the 840 PRO is a bit more expensive.

You decide. I've mostly sworn off SandForce, since my Mushkin Chronos Deluxe went Tango Uniform, but I was swayed by a sale to pick up the Kingston V300 120GB drive. At least, I have the receipt, and it has a 3-year warranty.
