Are Infineon and Nec good PC-133 memories to overclock?

I´m going to buy a new computer in the next days: Duron 750MHz + ASUS A7V133. I will upgrade to Palomino after...

I live in Brazil and I have two memory´s options to buy: 2x128MB of NEC or 256MB of Infineon.(both PC-133)

I know I can raise the ASUS A7V133 frequency up to 145MHz, but are these memories good to do it? This is my question!

And if I raise the frequency of this mobo, can I make any damage do it? I´m asking because I don´t have experience in overclocking...(I´m asking it too because raising the frequency I think I can use "higher" Palominos, I mean, higher than 133x12,5 MHz...)

I don´t know if I made myself clear, but thanks for any help...

Infenion is one of the best manufacturers of memory. I used to have a stick of it and it did 150mhz cas2. Even Mushkin uses is in their Mushkin pc133rev3 and is guaranteed to do 150mhz 2-2-2.

Here in Brazil, 1 dollar = +- 2,4 reais...

I have two options:

1) one stick of Infineon - 256MB = 194 reais
2) two sticks of Nec - 2x128MB = 246 reais

So, clearly 1) is the best option...

I´m not so glad because I want to buy DDR, but here in Brazil it´s more difficult to find and the price is still too high...and PC-133 will become obsolete too...

Check both memories on the store, check the CAS, time access.
But if they are the same thing, cas, time access, etc. I think the INFONEON is better, MUSHKIN uses INFONEON chips.
But i heard that the NEC is not bad too.

BTW, i live in Brazil too! Currency here sux!

Do a search in the forum for Infineon and you'll get a lot of positive posts. I bought PNY PC-133 memory with Infineon chips and was able to take it to about 150MHz at CAS2!! Great memory. :D

Infineon is what we pretest at 150MHz. It's good stuff, and I'd take it over NEC. :)
