Corporate greed and a total disregard for any business value other than stockholder profit is what is hurting the economy (and more)
When the stockholders scream for more market share, the mfgrs. are forced to buy it with deep discounts. It is all to support the egos (and
wallets of a rich few)
So if you want to help the economy, snatch up those bargains.... make 'em pay... sooner or later (if we are lucky) priorities may cycle back to
values of the past... (community responsibility, profitability, and a quality product that really is the best in the world... not just the cheapest (in every sense of the word)
I remember when I was young ( a long time ago) we all laughed at Japanese CRAP and gave it away to bosses we didn't like at Christmas parties..
now WE make the dime store crap and the suffering millions, just sit idly back while our corporations sell us out to keep a few rich people rich.
the deep discounts just attempt to disguise what has happened to US quality since we decided to farm it all out to countries better at making CRAP than us.
maybe they'll learn if we buy them bankrupt........?
(waja mean, "keep it on topic"..... LOL)
