Are fastwrite or write combining worth enabling?

Ive had tons of problems with my video card lately, and i disabled both write combining and agp fastwrite (from the BIOS). i can go back and isolate which was causing the problems (probably write combining) but i dont know if its worth it...do these really do anything beneficial?

If I remember correctly ATI cards does not suppose Fast write but Nivida does.
I don't know what card you got....
If you have problem try uninstall the driver using Driver Cleaner works with both nVidia and ATI driver
