are eisenhower dollar coins still usable?

hi i have a bunch of eisenhower dollars, porbably forty or so, are they still usable and if i brouhht them to lets say wells fargo could i exahnge it for cash?

Yes, they are usable but except for proof coins they aren't worth any more than face value.

Yes they are, but if they're in good shape they will be worth more than a dollar. Even if they're generally circulation you could probably sell a large group like that to a coin shop for more than $1 a piece.

If they're pre-1964 (and they likely are), they're likely worth more than face value. Thus why people tend to hoard them.

Why? Because after 64 they became silver clad......silver over a cheap inner core of copper.

I don't really know what they're worth, but it's probably worth your while to do a little internet search, and see if they're worth significantly more than face value. If so, hold onto them, or see if you can find a dealer that won't rip you off too badly for them.
