Are DVDs allowed to be shipped in USPS Prority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes?

Why would you use flat rate envelopes? 1st class shipping is a lot cheaper for a DVD or two. To answer your question, as long as it fits and doesn't violate the law (ie drugs, weapons, etc) you are ok.

I've fit medium sized boxes inside a flat rate envelope before. DVDs are fair game; unless their legality is questionable

USPS is actually pretty fast with Media Mail now. Takes ~1.5 weeks to get there.
