Are DVDs allowed to be shipped in USPS Prority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes?

Why would you use flat rate envelopes? 1st class shipping is a lot cheaper for a DVD or two. To answer your question, as long as it fits and doesn't violate the law (ie drugs, weapons, etc) you are ok.

Anything you can stuff into flat rate envelope or box, it's cool by USPS, as long as it's not liquid, hazardous, or explosive.

I've fit medium sized boxes inside a flat rate envelope before. DVDs are fair game; unless their legality is questionable :p
