Are Durons multiplier-locked?

Tried to find a answer but no success.
Are the newer Durons (Morgan-core) multiplier-locked?
If yes, which method do I have to use for unlock it?

Yes and/or no. Depends on what you get.

AFAIK, all Durons still use the original multiplier locking method, so the pencil method should still work.

Tomshardware says the 1300 is completely locked, but my 1200 is quite the latter.
