What does it matter? I like them because of the warranty and Sear's reputation. Albeit they may not be the best battery around, Sears has replaced the one in my Van 3 times over the past 4 years with no question and no cost to me. That's what will bring me back. And I've put 110,000 miles on the van in all sorts of temperature extremes through that period of time.
